Rules FAQ:

  • 'Move power' and 'gain power' are different game terms. King Robb's Host will not trigger Ser Edmure Tully.

  • If there is a War plot card revealed and the losing opponent only has 1 power on his faction card, you can still trigger this ability (a non-targeting effect engages as many entities as possible, see Effects).
