Three towers style - deck, backed by the might of Baratheon’s locations: Chamber of the Painted Table and The Red Keep.
Eddard Stark handles defense for the deck, hopefully with a Little Bird to work on as well. Robert Baratheon for offense, with Lightbringer as possible extra standing. And your third character can rotate, depending on your needs. Melisandre is a good first choice, but Littlefinger is nearly as effective. And something like Fiery Followers can work well against other decks.
