Updated variant of my original runner up store champ deck ( see previous v1.2) Riverrun minstrel is actually Roose Bolton as he has not been released on DB yet. Made some plot changes (wildfire in fallen from favour out to deal with Targ dragons and too many chumps setup, long winter for early frost as I was always short on card draw) and a couple of card sups plus adding in Roose for Catlyn and some Sansa. etc etc.

Nearly made top 4 but Ended up coming in 6/17 in 2nd store champs. 3 wins and only 1 loss but due to a mod win for time, I came 6th. My loss was to a nights watch with 3 milks and craven's plus 3 nightmares so Roose and Winterfell copped it on my big turn of planed kills. Makes we wants to put ARya's back in. I also blew 4 gold on Warding "arry" forgetting the ARya rule so lost him.

Ok so this deck was inspired by a past Regionals champ friend of mine Chuck who has boned me with it many times. I then built this variant which has a few nice combos. Try and get a decent military setup and then hammer them 4 in a row with 2 claim plots.

The core of the deck is Wolves of the north and Arya paired with either Greywind, Rob or Roderik castle. you need to get 1 or 2 stealths out or it won't work as well. Extra dire wolves give more strength and make wolves of the north more evil and allow Greywind to eat bigger strength dudes. use 2 x stealth a round to get through 4 rounds of 2 claim plots with Winter is coming thrown in for a 3 claimer to wipe out their board. Then come back with Famine its an easy win from there.

Grey wind and wolves of the north make a deadly combo where you can either eat chars up to 6 strength after stealthing them, or just use intimidate to kneel them. By the time they see it coming it's usually too late..... the 9 event cancels and winterfell then stop 90% of tears and other shenanigans that people can throw at you. Milk doesn't really hurt this deck too much so no confisciation isnt a big deal.

It does rely on Roderik or gates for card draw with just 2 for the north as back up if you don't see either of them. None of these sucks as you have almost no intrigue. The low reserve for famine and frost sucks though too so am going to swap one of these out I think. Gold is a bit light on at times but you usually have enough. I even managed to beat a nights watch winter choke deck with no economy cards out but it was very close.

Changes I would make are: run 1-2 catlyn stark core for more intrigue and 2 Syrio to give her, Sansa or a Arya without a dupe! military and stealth! 3 stealths out and this thing is unstoppable except maybe against Greyjoy. Pull out frost for a winds of winter or the other one with 4 gold but you need initiative so be careful with that. possibly drop Bran to 2 as I keep drawing 2 of him and this has another 8 event cancels. Will see how it goes. Wild fire or first snow would be really useful too as thats how I lost to the champ... needed either of them or valar and had none.
