So, my first reaction is that this deck looks awesome.
However, on closer inspection, I think you're going to have some problems with your cost-curve. Unless it's some extremely quirky build, I prefer my decks to have at least 12 characters that cost 2 or less. This makes set-ups (getting down a 1-2 coster and a 5-7 coster) much more reliable. In certain very tight builds, might go down to 11. 10 is dangerous and risky. You have only 7. You do have a lot of 3-4 costers, which helps, but I still think you will run into serious problems.

Recommended 2-costers are Maester Wendamyr (another target for Here To Serve), Lordsport Shipwright (more Intrigue), or Vanguard Lancer (to support Disputed Claim).

Of course... then the question becomes what to drop; the deck is pretty tight. Maybe 1 Selyse, a Maester, 1 Milk...? That's down to your playstyle.
