Imagine Queen Cersei + Shield of Lannisport + LOCR Agenda + Small Council Chamber + Castley Rock cersei alone can get u more than 8 powers per round... u dont need any other lannister charectars except her. and plots will help u to get this fast as possible. Test it, It's FUN

Since you're all in on Cersei, I'd definitely recommend some amount of Heads on Spikes, Wardens of the West and Without His Beard! (and maybe Dragon's Tail to ensure they have cards to fuel it)

i agree with u but value of Lannisport shield with Cersei is outstaning. u get 3 renowns from her alone (in case u have castley rock) + her reaction

I like the idea but it's vulnerable as Cersei is the one who is holding all that power. And @imabunnehis right, you might want to consider those cards. Also The Dragon's Tail, when I tried the new Cersei, the opponent was without any cards pretty quickly and she was not able to get those points.

Also you might want to replace 1 The Roseroad with 1 Western Fiefdom. They're the same but Roseroad can be used 1 round after you marshal it, while W.Fiefdom is usable the moment you get it.
