Hear Me Roar should definitely be Treachery, I think - just too many potential targets for it.
What role do you see Arianne serving in here? That might be a spot where you can lower your curve a little bit further. I’d recommend trying to get a Dornish Paramour or two in.
11 x Limited seems a bit high, but without having played this, I can’t be sure - maybe you need the extra economy? If so, that might be enough limited cards to consider Taxation in place of the second Wildfire.
