Here is the deck that brought me to top-4 in a store championship here in Paris (France) last Sunday.

It is a generally "Targ good stuff" deck, with a bunch of burn. Key design decision is to have a lot of draw — double Counting Coppers, Wheels Within Wheels + Varys's Riddle, Littlefinger, Doreah (with many ladies/lords), Daenerys Targaryen — in order to compensate for the discard effects of Qotho, Plaza of Pride, and Consuming Flames. Also, discard targets abound, with Second Sons, Freedmen, and the like.

I've lost twice against the same deck (Stark/Rains). First match was almost a no game due to many control attachments T1 and me not seeing attachment hate. To be fair, there isn't much attachment hate in the deck (it was a meta call, debatable), so a 3rd Viserys Targaryen (Core) or a Rattleshirt's Raiders might be worth it. I don't think Confiscation would though.

Another design decision is playing 2 big econ plot, one for early game (Late Summer Feast) and one for late game (Trade Routes), depending on when you want to play Astapor or a big impactful character. The 2 bounce back events are for attachment hate and anticipating Valar Dohaeris. In hindsight, 2x The Iron Bank Will Have Its Due would be probably better than 1x + 1x Waking the Dragon.

The deck is not terribly optimized in its present form. Regrets I'd love to address, but without knowing what to cut yet, are:
