This isn't actually the deck I played in joust but I did some pretty important changes to the deck after the Joust event on thursday. I wanted to play Tyrell WtC but I switched to Rains the night before the event. I was really scared about Behest into Naval Superiority, although it wouldn't even have been that bad.. but I was really scared so I played Time of Plenty instead of the Political Disaster you find here, so I'd have the chance to open with a non-kingdom/edict economy and high reserve plot. Additionally, I changed Trade Routes for Calling the Banners for the Sidevent on sunday and having the good initiative is always nice, although you get less gold in general. And I switched Breaking Ties for Varys' Riddle to be more aggresive or remove dupes of important characters. I think it is a sick tool, especially with so many low cost loyal characters I have.

In general it isn't anything special, but I wanted to share anyways because I like sharing. I think Tyrell Tempo Rains is still viable and fun to play. I could have won my 2 lost matches being a better player and it was really close. :)
