Built some time ago aiming for a toolbox-approach for NW. The Qohor build with Jon Snow was a thing of discussion by the time the new Jon was released. There are various ways to build this, but this is much closer to what i like to play.
There are 3 ways to victory. Voltron a Jon, ride a Randyll or Ranger shenanigans. The toolboxing is the deck's biggest strength since you got Oathkeeper/Qohor to search for what you want at the right time. You will find 3x any card that is needed for one of the 3 strategies to work, and the other can be toolboxed (or drawn of course).
Sworn to the Watch is a good attachment for Snow and Randyll. Randyll's strength is that he can straighten by attaching Weapons, and he becomes MUCH better when you make him a sworn Ranger/Builder since he can attach all NW weapons, get boosted by Halder and attach Lord Commander. Jon+Sworn is a tricon with all the right keywords.
Like all toolbox decks it is rather difficult to play, especially in a field with Crossings trying to win on turn 2. But you do have all the right answers to battle them.
