I took this deck to Stahleck without any testing. It was just a deck that i thought would do well in the current meta. I was a little worried about the targ matchup but that would prove to be unfounded. Since the deck was untested there are som changes i would make to stabilize it since it was a bit volitile. The starplayers was Asha Greyjoy (Core) and Crow Killers because the tempo advantage they bring combined with "The Last of the Giants", Jaqen H'ghar and The Kraken's Grasp. This combination make the deck quite agressive and very fun to play.

Game 1 – Joe Harrison, Targ HRD mereen. Win I Riddled his Summer Harvest turn 1 and he could never establish a boardstate again. Since he tried to get characters on the board he could never start burning me either. 1-0

Game 2 – Francesco Folladori, Targ/wolf. Win My riddle into his summer harvest made the game very uneven until I made a huge mistake when I was going to close the game let him into the game again. It took 3 more turns before I manage to find a way to finish. Very fun game though against a really nice guy. 2-0

Game 3 – Michalku, Targ, HRD mereen. Win Once again I hit summer harvest with my Riddle! After that it was basically identical to my first game. When he was about to come back I stole his Plaza of pride with Sea bitch, ambushed Jaqen and made 2 challenges with him and the game was over. 3-0

Game 4 – Rober Serrano, Greyjoy wars. Win By this I was getting really confident about my deck and it performed great again. This was the first game that the Pinch of Powder package made any difference. I think he saw no econ and the characters he put out I killed or bounced. Rush to the finish and suddenly I was 4-0.

Game 5 – Ivan Ivanov, Nights watch/wolf. Loss He had 6-cost Wall on setup and cleared my board with march and Ramsey. I never got a boardstate again. He crushed me. Probably a combination of him playing well and that it is a bad matchup since I have no location control. 4-1

Game 6 – Sandy, Targ crossing. Win He opened Time of Plenty so my Riddle did nothing. It started up as a rush game and he took an early lead. I managed to empty his hand and then reset the board. He only got Missandei on the board and I got 9 power on the rise of the kraken turn. That put me on 15 and another win against targ! Very fun and hard fought game against a great opponent. 5-1

Game 7 – Sam Nowrouzi, Stark crossing. Loss One more win and I would make the cut and at that point my deck screwed me up. He came out of the gates swinging with a great boardstate and I saw no econ and could not make it interesting. Quick game, I think it was over in 15 minutes. 5-2

Game 8 – SMuts, Greyjoy Alliance/dragon/qohor. Loss Once again my deck underperformed. I saw no characters after setup and I could not play anything until it was too late. Very fun game though against a great guy. 5-3

A huge thank you to all great opponents and to everyone i met. It is the people that make Stahleck such a great experience.

As I told you after our game, nice build Sten! Well done!

Michalku 1

That Riddle in our Game didn’t really matter, it just slowed me down a bit, but Khal alogside his trustet Dragon where able to bring me back pretty quickly. That sea bitch brought me down ;) anyway it was a nice, close game. I had much fun and enjoyed our chat. Was nice meating you.
