Here is an even newer take on my deck. You’ll notice one glaring new thing in my deck, Old Bear. Holy shit. What are you thinking?! HE IS AWFUL!
I won’t argue with you there. But in this case he sort of works… Confinement combined with his constant standing effect, it’s somewhat easy to not lose a challenge as a defending player (or get challenged at all!) giving you nice opportunities to fire his action.
I’ve played a few games and pulling out the Old Bear using Marching Orders early on has boosted my wins up a fair amount.
You’ll also see my plot deck has changed a ton. The most notable absence is Wildfire, which actually lost me a game against a Lannister Fealty deck a few days ago and made me so mad I immediately got rid of it. The Heads on Spikes continues to be a monster of a surprise. Calm I’m not completely sold on and might consider Feast or Sneak Attack.
I’d love to get a Hand’s Judgement in there but just cannot find the space.
I’ll continue to play with this deck… and eventually probably wind up removing Old Bear once I get sick of him, but this thing continues to evolve so hell yeah.
