I don’t recall where I got the inspiration for this deck. It may have started as a known deck and morphed slightly to suit me. Regardless, I don’t deserve any credit should this deck happen to be good, since, at best, I threw some darts against the board to come up with this.

One of the biggest benefits of bannering is getting the other faction’s 1 cost characters into your deck. If you remove 2x heartsbane, 1x courtesan and put in 3x Garden Caretakers your setups will be more consistent and you’ll have an easier time playing Randyll/Margaery.

Also, there is value in running more characters in agot as opposed to 3x everything you can. With this in mind, I’d recommend including 1x knight of flowers and removing 1x Randyll.

Typically it’s difficult to get value from storm of swords. It not only has a lower gold than most of the plots your opponent will play, but also you have to have characters available to swing and win both challenges. I’d also suggest a second high gold plot. Calling banners is commonly used. You’ll be killing your opponents board often, but even with just 3 characters on your opponents board you’ll get a 6/6/1 plot.

Vanguard of the north is a tough sell at 4 cost. You’d likely benefit from including 2x bran and 1x summer instead.

3 copies of unique cards should be reserved for only the most important cards in your deck. In this case, that’s Margaery, and maybe 1 out of Robb, Eddard, or Randyll, whichever you decide to build around.

As some have mentioned you need to lower your cost curve to get a more consistent deck. You have too many copies of too many high cost characters. the 1-cost reducer from the banner as well as Bran and Summer are auto-includes in any deck. You might also want to have some Tumblestone Knights (or add 3 Direwolf Pups and change For the North into Like Warm Rain but that’s an issue of taste). I would stick with 1 Eddard, and 2 Robb and 2 Greywind, 1 Littlefinger, 2 Randyll and 1 Sansa so make room for the cheaper characters. You don’t need 3 Heartsbane, that too often leads to dead dupes in your hand. I would run 1 or 2 and add 1 Lady instead. I usually only run 2 Ice as well since they are so expensive to play. I would add Counting Coppers as well probably instead of Storm of Swords to get more card draw. A deck like this wants to redraw into more copies of Winter is Coming and Put to the Sword.
