This deck has done well in most and melee. I am calling it battened hatches because I've tried to plug it's primary leak: intrigue. Little bird does the job, making Asha, Balon, and/or the Black Wind crew quite a bit more formidable. Remembering to trigger great kraken wins games. I'm not running fealty because I like these 16, and it is a bit of a mind game. Doesn't help too much, either.
1.1 - 1.4 Dropped alannys because of cost: deck effectiveness. Also, thinner at 62. Replaced feast for crows with wildfire assault because my deck seems to handle it well and my meta calls for it.

I've either been able to prevent big folk (the most common target for Tears of Lys) from coming in by using the clever combination of Naval Superiority and my two-of. Heads on Spikes. Alternatively by killing them off with Throwing Axeand Rebuilding afterwards. mi can kind of stuck for this deck, as Wildfire Assault forces me to consider consolidating to fewer, bigger guys at some point every plot cycle.All in all I do well without it, and I've been considering returning Rattleshirt's Raidersas an answer to pretty much any of my ironborn getting blanked. |
