Use sacrifice/crypts/blanking effects to control the board, then use the Stark's amazing 6 costers to seal the deal.

Brought this deck to the 29 (I think) player regionals in Houston, went 3-1 in the swiss and then lost in the top 8 match, both losses against the same player running Greyjoy Fealty. My wins were blowouts against Baratheon Fealty, Lanni Crossing (of course) and Martell/Lanni. As far as my GJ matchups, I was trounced in our Swiss game, but in the regionals I was staying just barely ahead of him the entire game unil he came up from 11 to 15 while I sat, sadly, at 14.

My biggest weakness in deckbuilding is plot decks, and that showed big time in both Greyjoy games. I'm considering dropping Marched, First Snow, and Famine for Clash, Long Winter, and Time for Wolves. Famine did manage to win me at least two of the games (Lanni and Martell) but it was either useless or hurtful in the others. I feel much better about the new selection, but still not 100% any help would be appreciated.

Arya's Gift was mostly dead weight, which is a shame. In my testing games it was amazing against GJ, but no such luck on Saturday. I will probably drop it for another WiC and Syrio (who was solid gold, as always, every time). Pack Survives didn't get used, but mostly that was due to an overall lack of events. I'm keeping it around for the moment for synergistic reasons.

Milk wasn't terribly helpful either, surprisingly (though it did shut down Stannis), but Nightmares and Frozen Solid were stars. I'll probably trade Milk for Ice.

Wolves of the North were deeply disappointing. I'm trading them for Riverrun Minstrels to get some intrigue presence, and similarly dropping a Bran for new Sansa.

If there are any other suggestions, especially regarding plots, I would love to hear them!

Since you only have one Grey Wind, I think you definitely need to have A Time For Wolves, but I think you also have 2x Grey Wind in your deck at least (for duplicate). I think it's great that you have 3x Winterfell Crypt, but since they cannot be used against Tears, I think you should consider adding another Jon Snow in there. Speaking of Winterfell Crypt, if you have room you can think about adding Sansa Stark (WotN) and/or Hodor in your deck. Since the Crypt targets printed strength, both of these characters have low cost & high str, and they're both unique, making them a perfect target for the Crypt. Anyway, these are some of my .02.

Definitely was considering another Grey Wind and a new-Sansa, but not sure about room for Jon. I hadn't considered the interactions with Hodor/Sansa before....that can remove some major players!
