I have made a deck with these two houses and thought it worked pretty well. However I wanted to go with the theme of kneeling characters and winning dominance. I decided to switch to Bar/night's watch. Having it set up that way, you can still put in the wall location, but now you can have chambers of the painted table which takes away power from your opponent and along with gendry. i also put in 3 melisandre and any rholler cards to help with the kneeling. This also opens up for better characters that are loyal to Bar that you can use such as king Rob and Stannis. A weakness with this deck is the low cost characters. One first snows of winter plot, you'll have a bunch of guys coming back to hand.
Check out my kneel before Rob deck. I have won games with little to no characters on the board. Throw in a feast of crows and you could potentially gain 7 power by just winning dominance in one round. It is one of my favorite decks to play with right now.
