Card choices:

2xBarristan: I really think he's worth the invest. He will make sure your opponent has to spend a lot of resources before he can touch your Rob/Mel/Stannis. In a meta where Pentoshi is still quite common you will always find a way to play him and his renown will also help you close games.

3xSelyse: I feel like this card brings this deck together in the current meta. You need it on your board against pretty much everything. I've noticed much better results with the 3rd copy than when i was just running 2.

Stinking Drunk: I wish i could fit in a 2nd one, it's great value.

Tobho Mott's Armory: As far as card#61 choices go, i believe this is a pretty solid one. If the game is going well you will always win Dom, if the game is going badly you will have to find a way to start winning Dom and this card will always be helpful.

Forgotten Plans: MVP. Protection from FSoW , Protection from Wolves of the North shenanigans (Core Cait in Iced Mil challenges etc) , Removing the +1 Summer Plot effect , I personaly feel that this plot will almost always find something to do in the current meta.

This deck is really solid! Have you had trouble paying for Ser Barristan at all? I use Trading with the Pentoshi to pay for him, and I'm wondering how Calling the Banners works out.

Apologies for the slow response. Was on mini vacation.

@TinyKingI faced one Lannister, one banner Lion and 2 Stark Fealty decks. I have to admit that House Lannister and banner Lion decks are the hardest. They are the reason i upped Selyse on 3x and added the second Barristan in the first place. Limiting their draw is essential (many times you will prefer to kneel Pycelle instead of a stronger card) so you come out stronger after the resets. Stannis will be your MVP so make sure he survives above others.

Stark fealty is not as hard as people think, at least not the current versions. New Cait is gone (she was a pain to deal with) and with her most of the self sacrificing mechanics (they usually just run 1x Jon Snow and Grey Wind shenanigans). What i usually do is focus on passing intrigue challenges and taking out characters with my seen in flames while controlling their Ice bearer (be mindful of Arya's gift) and Grey WInd. Avoid dropping Stannis early though.

Good use of Forgotten Plans is highly rewarding in both of these matchups.

@mattastrophicI never had a problem playing Bari with calling the banners. The amount of draw Baratheon offers will guarantee some form of economy sooner or later and since your opponent can't pass challenges with only 2-3 characters they will be forced to commit more. I was running Trading but changed 1 day before this tournament.

@betta You have the upper hand against Greyjoy as long as they don't get a dream setup and you get nothing. Your int will always go through and you can safely defend their mil (In the name of your king shines here). Soon they will have a wrecked hand and you can control the board.

Martell is what my best friend plays and i've had a lot of games with him playing Crossing and Lion agendas. As long as you don't lose Selyse and don't let them Viper's eyes you before you can Seen in flames and setup control/domi you will win the game 9 out of 10 of the times.

@tonythetiger891 Well, she wasn't around when i won that tour. She is a lot now though, however the Baratheon meta is also shifting. Kings of Summer seems to be the way to go nowadays!

Hey man I've got a kit comin up and I was thinking of playing bara, so i thought I'd ask the bara master. Should I play this fealty or a summer deck? And of summer, any good lists?
