Just left the store and I'm feeling pretty good about this deck. played a total of 7 games. Bara for me is always reliable, except when they're not haha.
1st Game: Targ/Summer/Loss
funny enough I was debating on whether or not running Targ summer and I ended up sticking with bara. anyhow, game started with me only having power icons, and my opponent having khal and all three blood riders. Unnopposed challenges lead to me losing pretty fast.
2nd Game: Tyrell/Sun/Win
This game was super fun but I had Robert Stannis and Barristan Selmy out quickly and that lead to me just crushing with renown/ intimidate and draw from red keep.
3rd game: Targ/Fealty/Win
same story as last time, ours is the fury shut him out with some disgusting defenses and I Won quickly due to renown and power challenges. key was seen in flames.4th game: Martell/Crossing/Win Scary matchup but he didn't see any of his key locations and I was able to literally kneel out his entire board and control w/ stannis and bob.
5th game : Lanni/Kraken/Win
Played him in top 8 as well. He started out strong with hound theon Tyrion and Jaime, playing a tywin as well, but I was able to kneel the entire board with stinking drunk, bob intimidate, and even handed justice. to which I wildfired setting him back a lot. don't remember much else but I know that my events and hands judgement pulled weight.Top 8: Lanni/Kraken/Win super fun games with Brad and he's a great player, my draw was just insane, and stinking drunk/ mel shut him down bad.
Top 4: Lanni/Lion/ Loss ok no I did not make a typo. he literally played Lanni banner of the Lion. Ended up being a mysterious Lanni deck with a ton of neutrals. My top 4 and top 8 game were recorded so they should show up on YouTube soon but basically I had all my necessary cards but no Econ. held on long enough but Tywin and the hound won the game.
