I got 2nd place in a store champ with 30 players. I was winning the game but I made biggest mistake in the world and lost after that. Valar Morghulis was amazing all day didn't backfire a single time. always had guys alive after it usually 2-3. One game I valar'd saving Asha Greyjoy, Aeron Damphair (TIMC), Euron Crow's Eye and Victarion Greyjoy and my opponent had an empty board. Euron Crow's Eye and Victarion Greyjoy(vic paired stealth is amazing). They were MVP's on the day. Euron did so much work. game one stole the wall after We Do Not Sow. game two too decked the arbour with him. game 5 took harrenhal and tower of the hand from the lanni player.
playing the deck isn't too hard. Set up 5+ coster and chud, econ and saves/dupes. open trading, play at least one big guy and anything else, you can let opponent throw their characters down because you can valar them later. set up for valar by turn two to four. if you think they might confiscate a bodyguard or march or something, consider how much it will hurt you and then bait it out or play valar according to that.
