This is my first deck on here, so I hope this is helpful.

The goal of this deck is fairly obvious - kill them all, and do it over and over again. Mirri Maz Duur in an intrigue challenge with Roose Bolton is one of the nastiest board clear mechanics you're likely to encounter... and that's before any military challenges. Plaza of Punishment allows for some very nice chud clear on power challenges, and Khal Drogo keeps the military pressure on. Kill can and does occur during every challenge type.

I'm sure you might wonder why I don't have Confiscation in this deck. My answer would be that, while my Dany, Roose, Mirri, or Drogo may catch the occasional Milk of the Poppy or Craven, the kill they facilitate tends to be quickly replaced by other cards in the deck.

Roose Bolton synergizes very well with the burn and kill capabilities of the Targ kit, and he gets a nice boost during the turn you play A Song of Summer. Using Plaza of Punishment and Dracarys! to lower strength is a great way to get strong characters within striking distance of Roose Bolton's effect.

I also don't have Close Call in here. This is because Fire and Blood let's you move pretty much any big Targ you NEED to move, if the situation arises where you can play a second copy. The biggest death, honestly, is if Bran Stark dies, as you won't have a way to move him out of the dead pile. This deck doesn't struggle much with Valar Morghulis as long as you're vigilant about using Roose Bolton reasonably quickly after you get him out there.

I'd be interested to hear any comments or questions as well as how you like it if you decide to try it out yourself.

Inspired from your list i made a similar deck to this. It's probably worse BUT i will highly recommend the The Hand's Judgment! Treachery can be both Roose Boltons and the Harrenhal (GoH)s bane! thronesdb.com

Interesting changes. I haven't personally had much trouble with Treachery and such stopping my effects (though it does happen) as Bran Stark requires a second Treachery to get the first one through. How do you find your setups? I notice your cost curve is different than mine. Also wondering if you cut Syrio Forel because lower incomes in your plot deck or you just didn't have the room? I'd be interested to know how your version plays.

Well The Hand's Judgment is a universally good card, and while Bran Stark accomplishes the same thing having redundancy is good. Haven't notice any problems in setup. I cut Syrio Forel cause I felt I didn't need him, and couldn't reliably buy him. The deck plays like a typical Targ deck that wants to always apply pressure, and the Wolf Banner cards help to that effect. I usually win by "wiping" the booard. I like to think that my changes to your idea make the deck more "focused".
