First draft. Annals helps to recycle Dragon's Tail and Without His Beard, but be careful because your opponent can recycle his events too. Iron Islands Market is very good. Hand's Solar to give Asha all three icons and King of Salt and Rock to give her Pillage is the dream. Game of Thrones is a flex plot, but it can help stall the game to get closer to win by mill.

I've been working on something very similar. I was going to drop Loot, Without His Beard and King of Salt and Rock and put in three copies of The Frostfangs, which would let me switch out the Time of Plenty for a second Late Summer Feast.

If you are going the Loot route, maybe swap A Game of Thrones for Trading with the Pentoshi to fuel extra discards later in the game.

When I tried this a few months ago, I found board clears hurt my mill strategy as I was losing all my non-unique pillage characters. I went with a more specific board control, but that didn't really work either. The work continues...

I know it's a bit situational, but have you considered including 1-2 copies of "The Last of the Giants"? it really helps play those varys copies as it drops the cost from 6 to 2 during dom. It also works great (if you don't see varys) with your stealth guys.

I won by loot in a similar deck yesterday. I am running 2x late summer feast and 1x time of plenty to create plot draw, annals to recycle events, and valar as a reset.
I have a little different character layout. I run Esgred over Asha, run 3x Reader because his UO ability is the thing that really pushes the win by mill into over drive and I am not running Varys or Theon (I don't want extra power to end the game before I mill them).
I have Pyke and a Longship to drive my UO for the Reader trigger along with 1x Syrio to help push the UO as well (last game I was giving it to the Reader so he could win UO and trigger himself). I won by mill a few times before these last few packs came out. This last pack really pushed it to where I think its at least a doable condition to win in a casual game. Not yet where I think I am going to try it in a tournament setting for sure...but its doable.
