Rules FAQ

  • If Myrcella was your only participating character, the challenge resolution will still proceed as normal. Returning her to hand may also cause another character to be “attacking or defending alone” for the purposes of triggering card abilities (for instance, Jaqen H'ghar).

  • Returning Myrcella to hand is not a cost. If her ability is cancelled, she will remain in play.

  • If you save Myrcella from being returned to hand, the post-then aspect of the effect will not resolve. You will not gain permission to initiate an additional challenge.

  • Max once per round (as opposed to “limit”) means you can only trigger this ability once, even if Myrcella re-enters play and wins another challenge. (See Limits and Maxima.)
