Hy all!
This is a unique idea. I'm thinking about this: use the plot and other cards with the 'Omen' trait. Except the The Dragon's Tail.
House: why Targaryen? One reason: Shierak Qiya is a card with the 'Omen' trait.
Agenda: my further plans to use 'The Wars to Come' Agenda with 10 Omen plots. At this time we have 6 omen plots.
Characters: Dany with her dragons + some queensguard dothraki + helpful characters as Ser Jorah Mormont, Ser Barristan Selmy or Viserys Targaryen (AtSK) + clamsoak characters (Targaryen Loyalist, Handmaiden, Irri).
Locations: glod provide + reducers
Events: useful events againts the plots (Blood of My Blood, Fire and Blood) + burn (A Dragon is No Slave, Consuming Flames...).
