This is the deck that i built for the "Halloweenie" tournament held by the Northern California meta as part of the "NorCal Plays Honest Thrones" event series.
The "Halloweenie" format imposes the following restrictions in addition to the standard deckbuilding rules:
Characters with printed cost 4 or more cannot be played. Banned List addition: The First Snow of Winter
