I'll try to go spiritual on you. When I look at this deck I see a jumble of cards that doesn't build on each other which means you have not made a decision on how the deck is going to win. Option 1 - Is this a deck that wants to win a lot of MIL challenges? 3x Drogo, Rakharo, and 2x Syrio make me think you favor the MIL challenge, but you've left out a lot of Targ cards that carry a MIL icon. You're also not packing any events that trigger off winning MIL challenges or attachments that you could put on Merchant Prince to give him +1 STR and a MIL icon. Option 2 - Is this a deck that wants to win PWR challenges and remove key characters by reducing characters' STR and killing them? Support of the People and 3x Plaza makes me think this is a PWR focused deck. 3x Dracarys! makes me think you want to reduce STR even further. However, to use that card you need to kneel Dany or a dragons. With 5 Dragons and 2x Daenerys Targaryen you're trying find a mere 7 cards to trigger that effect. You have the possibility of running 12 cards that could kneel to pay for Dracarys! and I'd recommend (if this is the theme you pick) running at least 10. You might as well reduce STR even more with Unsullied over the Merchant if you go this route. Option 3 - Attachment Control and efficient trades. I'm actually a big fan of Vaes Dothrak, but you'll need to really build around it. If you went to 2x on Vaes you can put in a Syrio's Training to give Dany or the Merchants a MIL icon much cheaper than Syrio could himself. If you don't need it, Vaes can use it to clear a Milk off of your Dany or Drogo. Those 2 Arakhs also kill a lot of good attachments for your opponent. You can also add a Seal of the Hand or 2 (1 for you, 1 to discard their seal). Wildfire to kill Viserys also lets you take out one of their attachments. With that much attachment removal you can drop Confiscation for another Calling the Banners or A Noble Cause for one of your 4 Lords/Ladies. The one thing all 3 of these directions have in common is a 3rd copy of Dany. Sometimes you need her PWR icon and draw, other times you just want to have her standing and giving that -1 to all opponent challenge participants. Have fun picking a direction and streamlining the deck. |

I'm also a bit of a noob but I do see some improvements as I run a Targ/fealty deck myself.
Your cost curve is quite high, to fix this I would:
With the space gained (3x Rakharo, 1x Littlefinger & 1x Magister Illyrio ), I would add some low costers. 1 Targaryen Loyalist, 1 Braided Warrior, 1 Handmaiden and 1 Viserion. With the final slot I would up Daenerys Targaryen to 3 as she is quite important to Targ decks...
