My thoughts about this deck is to be annoying with ambushes. And to make the other players making hard choises. I've buildt this deck around ambushes and card draw + always having gold in the challange phase.
Plot card thoughts.
Marching orders: to be played when you need to get some characters out. But is combined with rains of castamere, so you can play events.
Fortified position: since i dont have much renown in deck its to stop others gaining to much.
Counting coppers: more cards.
Ranger's cache: flexible card for gold or card. Since my group plays a lot of summer cards, its nice to have some winter cards in there.
A noble cause: Tywin!!!
Close call: if important character dies+ card.
A clash of kings: push to win card.
