This card is amazing.... if it was in the Nightswatch for supression decks. Unfortunately it only really works in King of Winter decks which prevent having good combos with the Nightswatch again. It's to expensive for what it does, if your enemy plays a summer plot it's negated either way, which ironically is also often when you want the card to work, if it was in the Nightswatch i would reconsider it but as it is, it serves almost no purpose aside from getting the initiative with a Winter plot card which makes it even more narrow.
