At this point this plot trumps all others as an auto-include for me, even Valar Morghulis. Maybe if you were playing a hyper fast rush deck that plans to win no later than turn 3, then maybe I wouldn't use it..... but even then, you might as well have it around, as you'll really want it if things don't go according to plan.
