I remember fishing on a hot summers day with a rod, from experience i can tell you that this was very ineffective, 1 fish a time is not a good way to fish. A net on the other hand would have been a complete game changer enabling a catch of multiple fish for a similar level of effort, had i had a net back in the day i would have perhaps stuck with fishing being able to catch up to 13 at one time and not found it a waste of a fine summers day. Although this net only catches one character i consider that a fair trade off as 13 fish are equal to one character and being stuck in a net does make it hard to fend off attacks. 4/7
