Rules FAQ

If Quentyn is killed while his strength is zero (by Dracarys or Crown of Gold, for example), you cannot trigger his interrupt because nothing will have a lower strength. (Quite the Nedly ability if you ask me. )

New official ruling: Quentyn's interrupt triggers while he is still at full strength, before the entire "gets -4 STR and is killed if his STR is 0" effect affects him. — mplain 211
