• You can trigger the reaction even if one or more players control no loyal characters they can kneel. Each other player must still choose and kneel one.

• A character is not an eligible target of this ability if it cannot be knelt. That means you cannot choose a kneeling character, a character that "cannot kneel" (for instance, due to The Black Cells), or a character that "cannot be knelt by card effects" (for instance, Bran Stark (BtB)).
