Was playing another normal-ish Stark deck. I got one of my favorite Stark combos, Arya and Ice. Just stealth in and cut off a head (it happened to be Cersei). Decided I would base a deck around it. I was going to call it Unsupervised Minors, but I did end up adding a couple adults to the deck (even if all but Luwin would be terrible at taking care of children). Every viable in faction weapon and unique kid is included. Lots of passive power gain through plots. Iron Throne and The Hound might be added in at the cost of some other cards. Probably not competitive, but pretty fun.
