Generally, play centers around Marge, which is likely no surprise. First scheme I trigger is usually Wildfire if I'm in a position to knock off a character or two on their side and search up Renly's in one blow. This also activates Lord Renly's Ride ASAP.
That said, LRR is probably the secondary focus of the deck. Use it to tangle up their challenges as much as possible. Be careful when gathering up multiple characters from a reset. You get to decide what will be on top of your dead pile. Can be handy to make sure you have maximum strength boost available. That said, using LRR multiple times is probably my second game plan with schemes. Power Behind the Throne for multiple uses of someone or if I have an on board stand for Marge (Courtier or Garlan) then the extra intrigue claim plot is perfect.
Speaking of, this deck of course skews intrigue heavy with the agenda, and power as secondary. Military is very light so you'll be leveraging the 3 resets to keep the board down to where you need it. Grind out as much power as you can as a challenge focus rather than a more control oriented thought process.
Finally, locations and such. It was a conscious decision to have the 2 Pavilions as the only non limited location. As soon as your opponent lands a solid non limited, hit it with Nothing Burns Like The Cold. Muck with their tempo and plan and go from there. If at all possible, try to have one of the two big income locations on setup and the other as soon as possible. 8 gold FSW and the like just really shifts everything. And let's you have so much more for ambush. Between the ambush characters and Marge a lot happens in the challenge phase with this deck. As Chris noted in my game against Sandy, though, I can struggle if I don't land The Reach or The Arbor.
Very happy with it overall. Parting thoughts though being that Political Disaster would have been superior to Confiscation, Great Hall can probably come out to make way for a third Reach and Kingsroad, and Faceless Man can probably come out for one Mace and the third Emissary. Also Tears of Lys was almost a dead card for me all day thanks to so many intrigue icons, but I'm uncertain what I would swap it to at the moment. Possibly Lay Drive.
