This deck packs so much discard effects that you are guaranteed to make them top deck in very few rounds.

All builds toward emptying out their options. Darkstar is insane for getting through the cards on their board as they are terrified to get them back in hand where you will just discard them. If you have Hotah out it is even worse as they of course dont want him to bounce back to your hand when darkstar fires.

The Rhollor package is great as it both stalls and gives even more access to their hand.

Patience is there both for returning Hotah and rhollor cards to be able to always trigger melisandre.

Double heads on spikes is really nice as it is pretty damn easy to end a turn where they only have one card in hand (and you have of course seen to that being a character with vipers eyes and seen in flames)

Also there is a lot of threat of activation from vengeance of elia, darkstar and arianne/hotah. Maester kedry is great for sneaking in vengeance.

New Nymeria is sick in general and specially in this deck. There may be a need for more draw. I have done well with this so far but i have also seen nymeria every game but im pretty certain that if you dont see her you will top deck almost as much as your opponent.

Also the new plot false spring i have not had the chance to use yet as i most of the time open with wraiths and then their hand is empty before i get a chance to use it as in they have less than 3 or i now there is just characters. both cases leading to heads and spikes. Still, it has decent stats and has fit nicely into the deck.

dont play trading with the pentoshi on first round, you want to take your pick of and discard all their important chars before you give them that gold.

Worst case secenario is if they play a high gold plot on their first turn and put out a lot of strong characters But it is not thaaaat bad, at least not if you have darkstar. Just start building up to that valar. There is a bit of a lack of good power icons so that is currently the most likely way to loose

Motley have not done to much for me either so they will probably be exchanged for draw, maybe secret schemes as the game tends to drag out.
