This is an attempt at building a melee deck. I chose to build it as Stark in order to get the benefit of their stand abilities and Banner of the Stag is to give it some more Control and also because Chamber of the Painted Table seems to be a good melee card to have. Reinforcements is used since Melee tends to limit the number of characters in play so having discard pile recursion seems like a good idea. Reinforcing Summer even gives 2 characters back, though one of them to hand.
