It looks like you aren't playing an agenda. All decks need to have an agenda picked. It's a specific card that dictates certain rules and abilities. For example, Kings of Summer boosts your card reserve, and gives a good bonus when you play a plot with the 'Summer' trait.
Ideally, you should look to have a deck as close to the minimum required number as possible. That's usually 60 cards but can be higher with certain agendas. Having a smaller deck means you are more likely to draw the cards you actually want to see.
Some of the cards you've picked are banned cards. That's fine if you're playing with friends but if you want to play online or in competitions then you will need to ensure your deck has no banned cards and meets other requirements. For example, there are joust restricted cards. You can only have one joust restricted card in your deck (by name, not by count - you can have x3 copies of the card). There are also podded cards, where if you play one card in the pod, you can't play any of the other cards listed in that pod. For example, look at Nightflier. That is in two different pods - P4 and P15. Make sure you don't play two cards that are in a pod together.
You have different versions of the same character. Now, that's not an issue. Sometimes people do that so they can have more options. However, usually you want just the one version, and the one most suitable to the type of deck you're building. You have two copies of Balon - which one works best for what your deck is trying to do?
Are you new to the game? Maybe take a look at decks that others have posted and have got a lot of likes? Also, Odri runs the Friendly Council YouTube videos, where certain decks are showcased, with reasoning behind the choices made. Here's a Greyjoy deck, which might give you some ideas on how to construct a similar deck of your own:

Also, I'd very much recommend joining the AGoT Friendly Open discord server. It's a community built around the game and will be very helpful for newcomers. Ask any questions in there and you'll get friendly advice.
