As some of you might now, Dark Wings, Dark Words is one of my favourite agendas, if not the favourite. I just love to play different events and get surprising effects from them as well as solid draw. The drawback of the agenda is of course the randomness of 75 cards and possibility of poor setups. With the continously expanding card pool, the agenda is very viable. I guess it just starts a bit slow in general and many of the decks are mid-range.
For Greyjoy I chose a common good stuff deck that has also tech to push unopposed challenges. GJ is quite easy for the format. You can't find room for many warships and just play good characters. I think one of the best things for Greyjoy, are setups. Iron Fleet Scouts and many chuds help to get good setups and get things going.
In my tournament game I faced Raius with NW Sun with Maester Aemon (WotW). It turned out to be a very difficult game which I just pulled off. And unfortunately Raius had to play on a mobile because of technical issues, so it was very difficult for him. The deck worked ok, but I wasn't able to push unopposed challenges much, which kinda left a lot of events in my hand and couldn't get the draw working. Raius' deck's choke was also very annyoing, since a lot of turns I was missing 1 gold to get more stuff on the board or get to play events I wanted. Anyway, thanks to nice top deck and just enough str, I managed to get the win.
