This was my deck for round 6 of the "Agenda is Mine" tournament: https://thrones.tourneygrounds.com/tournaments/8858

After last round, I really enjoyed the many reserve modifiers with double Siege Preparations, so I wanted to play that again.

The deck is highly influenced by some of Deadlysteve's decks (e.g. https://thronesdb.com/decklist/view/16088/agot-wc-2025-team-commonwealth-martell-battle-of-the-1.0) but with added The Seven cards and more reserve modifiers. Since Dorne and The Hollow Hill don't draw, and with this agenda you generally don't have high gold values, I thought to include The High Sparrow. Of course, Ghost of High Heart benefits greatly from that. Siege Preparations becomes a bit more awkward, but that's what The Starry Sept is for. In the dominance phase, move a power over to The High Sparrow and you're free to draw. Nightmares also works if needed.

I had hoped that the combination of City Blockade + Manning the City Walls would work out again, but while it initially looked to be working out as my opponent was playing House with the Red Door and had no econ on setup, the first round was a slaughterhouse regardless. His HwtRD location was Bowels of Casterly Rock. He was first player and played Boros Blount, find Mandon Moore, take Regent's Guard out of shadows, and essentially reset my whole board. From that point on, I couldn't recover. So while the scheduled match didn't go well at all, a few test games did go well and I'd still play this deck again.
