With this deck, I won the 2026 German Championship in Stuttgart. Thanks for organizing it.

I'll say a few words about the deck, although it's probably already well-known. In my opinion, the following are the key cards: Iron Bank -> I often try to have it in my starting hand. It makes everything easier, or rather, it's what makes the deck so strong, as you benefit economically from it from round 2 or 3 onwards. Gates of the Moon is also good at the beginning and then usually goes to the bottom by MKC. Aeogon -> He is strong on its own and is quite powerful with Golden Company. Vagro and Tyrion -> After an opponent's Valar Doeheris, Vargo and Tyrion usually remain. Begging Brother -> There are so many good cards in the deck, but the difference for victory was often the Begging Brother, which is extremely good, especially with the Agenda or with Vargo to keep them charged.

The tournament was anything but a walk in the park for me, which means the deck is definitely beatable. I especially noticed that aggressive or fast Greyjoys can be a real problem. After four rounds, I was tied 2-2, so any further loss would have meant the end. But things turned out differently, and I made the cut first and then advanced to the final, although I was clearly on the verge of defeat in the semifinals and only managed to advance thanks to a major mistake of my opponent.

It was a great pleasure for me to spend the weekend playing, eating, drinking, and laughing with all the nice people. Thanks to everyone who shared with me this experiences of THE ONLY GAME THAT MATTERS.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to play against you.
I was the first on your way to the top and I was run over quite fast, because it is a very strong deck.
But nevertheless I enjoyed the match very much, because it was a very friendly atmosphere with a very kind opponent.
I am looking forward to the next match.
Thanks also for organizing the event - I had a weekend full of fun.
