Hmmmm that merits testing. You’d probably drop the second summons for it but that makes me nervous as you might struggle more to find Varys in the first place. |

Yeah, it’d probably replace one of the Summons. Also, if Nymeria gets Milked and you’ve already used Confiscation, you could use Marched and then Reinforcements to get rid of the Milk. |
Given the fact that you have 4 different characters at 5 cost and 3x Varys to discard the board, would you consider running Reinforcements? It’s probably still not worth it, but this kind of deck seems like the best possible fit for Reinforcements.
