A first draft at a Lannister/Stark deck. It's basically nothing too clever, just adding Ned, Arya, and Bran to Lannister goodstuff.dec. It's a bit top heavy but it has some extra cash laying around, too.
You usually end up with 3 cards in setup (sometimes Tywin/Ned + Dork + Road). Sometimes 4. Occasionally 2 after mulligan (usually Tywin/Ned + Dork). It might be worth playing around with Fiefdom's instead of the Moneylenders just to increase the chance you get that Tywin + Dork + 0 Cost location start.
