Used this deck to place 2nd in our store event out of 13 players. Wanted to maximize kill effects so during testing I removed my milks (removing the enemy is stronger effect) and hands of judgements (usualy i didn't have enough money to play it, needed the money for my events).

Banner:

I mostly used banner of the sun as an enabler to wreak havoc. Bastard Daughter is a great chum, causing harm to the enemy. Paramour is a hidden gem, she can pull in even str 5 enemies for a possible burn with danny and a dragon and possibly getting an unop and a kill out of it. Maester and Nymerea doesn't need to much explaining :). Attainted is here because my deck has very few draws (Danny) and I really hate loosing int duels, it also makes it possible to poison int characters. I wasn't sure about confinement but it always help me greatly when i got it in my hand, it can disable key characters for a turn when needed. I only managed to use sunspear once, it might not be necessary. But that one time it gave me 3 military claim with winds of winter.

Tactic:

The basic tactic of the deck is to strip the enemy board of smaller characters with Drogo + winds of winter \ Crown \ Dracarys! \ Tears \ Plaza and then march the big threatening guys to the wall. One time I had to use Dracarys! and tears on 1 cost chums in order to march a Balon with 2 duplicates and a bodyguard to the wall.

Plots:

Winds of Winter: this was the MVP in all the games, ususally the same turn that Drogo appeared. If you have a good start you can use it turn 1 with Drogo to annihilate the enemy (but at least to put them in a very bad position).

Summons: I think I will never play targ without summons. If you have Danny you can summon the dragon you want and even pay him, you can get Viserys to remove attachments. Or you can search for Nymeria. Naturally you can get your big guys aswell but I only like to summon them if I have the economy to play them right away or they can be discarded/beheaded or something.

The rest of the plots doesn't need too much explaining, maybe except that I prefer Power behind the Throne to Filthy Accusations. It makes the targ standing theme that much more effective when you need it.

Matches:

I had a really bad luck with drawing Danny, she usually appeared around the end of the games, but Fortunately always got Drogo in the first turns. Somehow he didn't get the tears treatment during the games, probably because of the icon removal tech :).

My first game was against greyjoy/rose, at first I had a hard time milling them away but finally managed to clear most of the board except a Balon with 2 duplicates and a bodyguard, but I walked him to the wall and the enemy couldn't come back anymore.

Second game was against the guy who placed 1st. He played greyjoy fealty, playing calm against my 1st turn Drogo + winds of winter really reducing its effect. Soon he had a ton of ships on the board and he punished every mistake I made, I lost by quite a big margin.

Third game was against Lannister/Rose. Managed to get the lead early. I also blew it by using Waking the dragon on Drogo and not be able to play him next turn, but wiped the enemy board by the end.

Last game was against Bara fealty, he had a not so stellar mulligan setup with Stannis and a chum, I had a great one with 4 characters and a reducer. I had a really strong start but Stannis and Robert's tag team started to pull away with their renowns (Stannis got the sword) even thoughhhh I had at least 3 times the characters. I had to use all my tricks to kill the small characters and managed to walk Robert to the wall right before he could finish the game, loosing 3 or 4 powers aswell. The Lone Stannis couldn't close the game, it was a fun and close match.

Possible changes:

With the amount of icon stealing and the number of int icons in the deck it is possible that A game of thrones would be a better choice for a calm setup turn than Calm over Westeros. Would have to try it :).

I think the characters and attachments are allright, but I managed to play most of the games without Sunspear hitting the table, its spot might be better for some other buildings (some search building for example).

Fire and Blood and Waking the dragon didn't see too much action during the rounds. They always made me braver just by sitting in my hand, but if I had to cut something for better cards they were be the first probably.

Personally I play Waking only in fealty decks where you have more targets.
