This is a cool idea that I'm playing around with. I'll bring it tomorrow to our weekly meet ups and give it some testing. Generally, you don't see Banner of the Dragon a lot, simply because most/all of the solid cards are in-faction. So when I saw the Crone of Vaes Dothrak being spoiled, I was like "meh ... where is this supposed to Fit? Targ aren't really that strong on Intrigue ... Banner of the Lion? " ...
Then it came to me ... let's do it in reverse :)
Obviously, this will need some further tuning, but I feel pretty in favor of the concept and playstyle.
