I recently placed first out of 8 at a local GNK with this deck and would love some feedback from the community. Do you see any glaring flaws or ways to make improvements?

Olenna's Cunning was unneeded throughout the day and would likely be cut to hit 61 cards.

Unless you really like setting up Arbor + Highgarden/Mander, you could probably do –1 Highgarden, –1 The Mander, +1 Support of the People. The benefits are four-fold: This lets you circumvent the high-cost of these locations, gives you the ability to choose whichever one you need at the time, synergizes better with Paxter Redwyne, and frees up an extra deck slot.
