I would do:

–1 Tobho Mott's Armory, because between Moon Boy and The Red Keep, you should have all the cards you need.

–1 The Red Keep, because it is expensive, and thus you should use Support of the People to bring it out.

–1 Ours Is The Fury, because it is too expensive for this deck.

–1 Lightbringer, because you only run 2 copies of each viable target.

–1 Ser Davos Seaworth, because duplicates of a character that is bounced upon death are less effective by definition, and because non-Intrigue stealth doesn't really widen your tactical menu whatsoever.

–1 The Hound, because again, duplicates of a bouncing character are the last thing you want to draw, and also because (Tyrion notwithstanding) the deck doesn't seem like it has enough economy (or Lannister reduction) to replay this character at will.

+2 Support of the People, for a cheaper and more effective way to find and play the sweet/expensive location that you need at any moment.

+1 Jaime Lannister, because a character that doesn't kneel to attack is good when Stannis is out.

I've experimented with Gendry and found him pretty underwhelming: He's great when you're already comfortably winning, but it's absolutely horrible if he's one of the first few characters you draw (especially if you draw more than 1). If I'm looking for an easy extra Power each turn, I much prefer Street of Sisters in a deck like this, as it's very set-up friendly, can be fetched (and triggered immediately) with Support of the People, and synergizes nicely with The Red Keep. To each their own, though. Gendry is perhaps for those who prefer to live dangerously...

You seem to be trying to jam Lannister into a Baratheon Fealty list. I would suggest dropping the dominance package (Gendry, Tohbo Mott's Armory, Chamber of the Painted Table, etc) or dropping the banner entirely.
