As the title may suggest, this is very much a WiP - it's meant to serve more as a proof of concept.
The plot deck is a bit wonky on paper, but I think any significant changes have to backed up by a fair bit of playtesting.
There are ~4-5 "flexible" slots in the deck which can easily be swapped around (Cortesans, Tourney Grounds, 2nd Street, Superior Claim), but, for the moment, I feel that this set up is good enough to go out and try.
