My take on icon removal. It's pretty brutal when everything is clicking. When its not all clicking, it's still a Lanni deck so there are lots of good characters to try and hold on till you get what you need. It's biggest weaknesses are Nightswatch/Direwolf decks since lots of their characters are "no attachments". Second weakness is if I'm not drawing enough econonmy. When I'm getting no Tywin, no Tyrion, no Roseroads, having three 2 gold plots is pretty limiting. That said, Famine is the MVP plot. Confiscation I'll pretty much never use except for a Maester's Chain or milk on Nymeria. I also removed my copies of Confiscation to add Cersei's Wheelhouse. It works so well with this decks theme. I want to go second to have the most info available for icon removal, but if my opponent is forcing me to go first or I'm low on cards, I still benefit. Turns initiative into a win/win for me.
