I like the idea of this a lot, Unbowed, Unbent should help with avoiding an unopposed if possible, Obara helps this as well and Confinement can hold off many stealth characters.

Some minor things I think would be worth changing - Sam is one of your best NW loyal cards, i’d try to get more than 1x in, your curve is fairly expensive so maybe dropping a copy of someone more costly could do it, or a copy of Old Forest. You’ll want the 3rd copy of Milk. You didn’t include any of the reducer characters so your characters will be expensive and without Aemon in play you’ll have trouble soaking claim without it being costly to you in the long run, it may be worth reworking your curve a bit to include some.

Deck concept seems strong though, really like the events and Obaras synergy with avoiding the unopposed challenge.
