its built on the concept of fully attacking your opponents intrigue and power while having potential military offense/defense covered
Changes I would suggest:
1 Cut Drogo's Arakh, its just to expensive.
2 Add Burned Man. They are just good, and better with First Snow.
3 I wouldnt play Littlefinger 3 times. Cut 2 and play 2 Gold Cloaks.
4 Go up to 34 Characters. Thats just a personal preference, but you want to ensure that you draw some chars.
5 Plots: You dont have draw/tutor plots. Cut 1 Calling for Summons. Then replace the 2nd Calling (or another econ plot) with a utility plot like Wardens, Claim 2 etc. And think about confiscation, milks and martells are going to ruin your day!
That are a few thing I would suggest. Maybe look @ a few winning Lann/Targ List and look what they play.
