First let me say I am a big believer in 60 card decks. Does that make me right? I doubt it. But I think you could cut 1 Quentyn the other card to cut is a little harder I think but I still think 61 is better than 62. I would cut Trading with the Penoshi. I think Close call/ another summer harvest/or even a Vary's Riddle, but this a little less, would serve better in that spot especially with The long plan and calling the banners and a noble cause and summer harvest I do not think you will be hurting for gold so much. I still am not a big fan of giving my opponent money.
