I would add winter plots to use Fish whiskers. I like Winter Festival and and the Long Winter as options, because they can add some extra power.
Given your character distribution, I might consider some Martell cost reduction over Roseroads.
Really like the control ability of the locations combined with support of the people. I am not quite sure how easy five power challenges with be, though.
